Reserve display screens early to ensure availability and the best placement at your venue. We provide high-quality LED and LCD screens in a range of sizes, plus mounting options, stands, and playback equipment. When booking, please provide event date, venue dimensions, expected audience size, preferred screen sizes and quantities, and any content format requirements (resolution, aspect ratio, file types, and playback timing).

Delivery, setup, and teardown
On-site technician for the duration of the event (optional add-on)
Cables, adapters, and power management
Basic content upload and playback testing
Orientation for venue staff on operation
Pricing and policies:
A nonrefundable deposit secures your booking; final balance is due 14 days before the event
Cancellations made 30+ days before the event receive a partial refund less the deposit; cancellations within 30 days are nonrefundable
Additional fees may apply for same-day requests, remote locations, or extended technician hours
Damage or loss to equipment during the rental period is the renter’s responsibility
